So whilst tuned in to the Boiler Room last night one track dropped by the ‘world needs to hear more of’ Jon Rust caught my ears in particular. The on point Boiler Room chat told told me it was a track named Tarantula by a London producer named Ossie and a with a little more research I found out that the track will be getting a release on the 14th March as the first single on new label Lightworks, ran by the previously mentioned Jon Rust and Dirty Canvas’s Reecha. Already supported by the likes of Ben UFO, Untold, DJ Petchy and done the rounds on the circuit for some time now, its one I see garnering huge support in the forthcoming months. With releases on Hyperdub in the pipeline this can only cement that assumption. Take a listen to Tarantula below as well as the B-Side ‘Creepy Crawlies and a remix by Funkineven.
