It’s always an easeful thought when Sound Pellegrino releases a new track. The original idea for the upcoming Teki Latex‘s new release was to have Mowgli and Zombie Disco Squad’s Nat Self both produce a rap song and get them to remix each other’s. The project took a complete unexpected turn and Teki decided to abort this mission and focus on something else. Teki’s single that will be released within a month, Da Answer / Dinosaurs With Guns / I Was Sober, has been produced by the likes of Renaissance Man, Noob and Orgasmic and has, in the words of Teki, great things in store for the fans of the Sound Pellegrino Thermal Team remix of United Groove. However, the aforementioned aborted mission had a lovely offspring. Teki Latex teamed up with Jérôme Echenoz (previously known as Tacteel) and one half of Zombie Disco Squad for this track that turned out to be French rap from the top shelf. It won’t be released but it’s an essential gem to have.
