People often say too much of a good thing can be a bad thing but when the ‘good thing’ is John Roman’s output over the last year I honestly don’t know how the words ‘bad thing’ even come into the equation. I promise I will never ever use the words good/bad thing more than twice in a single sentence ever again. Jokes aside Mr Roman has literally been like machine the last year keeping his down in ‘Reclusion’ and powering away on giving us some of the hottest remixes and originals around that have been supported by everyone from Brodinski, Crookers, Congorock, Nadastrom to LA Riots. You only have to take a listen to his Reclusion Mixtape to see how hard this guys been working.

His newest EP titled Sing! which see’s its way on to the very hot Idiot House label is 4 tracks of pure unadulterated fun. Opening with the title track Sing! which you might have previously heard before on ElectroTo’s Producing For Present EP from last Christmas, it’s a track that as Brodinski rightfully said ‘i can play everywhere’. From a peak time banger set to a 6am comedown tune. Takes talent to make a track like that. My personal favourite of the EP however goes to The Golden Cat though a 5 min house workout with a super addictive synth line that I honestly can’t wait to hear out on a big system. You’d think he drop an EP and have the next one done like next year but Roman likes to keep them coming and his Sala EP should be coming pretty soon on Plant Music with some very big remixes. Stay tuned for information! Were also very happy to announce that he’ll be doing us a TRUANCY mixtape in between his busy schedule, which should see the light of day at the start of February and packed with lots of new music. Mad excited!
