At the very end of February, the Californian duo Rainbow Arabia is releasing their debut full length through Cologne imprint Kompakt. Putting stamps on music has never been a hobby of ours, but the inspiration they draw from world music as labeled ~ethnotronica~ by some of the genre adventurers, matches well with the ~tribal touch~ Nguzunguzu possesses. It is no secret that Nguzu’s output last year has been wonderful, and the remix they did for Rainbow Arabia’s first single “Without You” is no different. Yet another uplifting and rhythmic remix that makes you want to dance forever – and it’s now yours, as this remix is a 320 kbps present from the kind people over at at Kompakt to you. Look out for Nguzunguzu’s remix for Damu’s “Gargoyle” too, out through Silverback in two weeks. Some nice Nguzutreats within sight!
